Real estate here is at the highest end for New York, so expect no bargains. The streets are also frequently crowded, as they are filled with tourists during the day on weekdays and especially weekends. Street parking is also impossible during the week, so car owners must pay for garage space. No greenspaces, but plenty of others are easily accessible in nearby nabes.

Parks & Rec
None in Soho, but no one comes to Soho for the greenery. The sole greenspaces is the West Side Highway recreational area, with a few small park areas and bike/jogging paths on the waterfront.

Many of New York’s nicest and swankiest hotels can be found in Soho, but like most everything else in Soho, they are almost entirely of the high-end/luxury variety, so bargain hunters may need look elsewhere.
