Hunkered down near the bottom of the island, Tribeca (technically “TriBeCa”, the Triangle Below Canal St) is one of Manhattan’s most affluent and sophisticated neighborhoods. After a Bohemian revitalization of the area by artists, the neighborhood has transformed into one the highest-end areas for real estate in all of New York.
